I have to admit that I haven't been following the steps exactly the way the book perscribed it, but I made my own simplified version which seems to work miricles for me! But hey... if it wasn't for your great research, I don't think my skin would be as clear now! I had acne since the age or 17, I'm 24 now, and I'm finally acne free now! It took me a only a few weeks to clear up :)
